SIYUAN has set up a special consulting company, responsible for the early research, assessment, design consultation, working drawing review, etc.. The company has been awarded the Class-A Engineering Consulting Qualification Certificate issued by National Development and Reform Commission, the Working Drawing Design Document Review Organization Certification issued by the Construction Department of Hubei Province, the License of Business Corporation issued by the Wuhan Administrative Bureau for Industry and Commerce, and the quality, environment, occupational health and safety certifications issued by China Shipping Classification Society Quality Certification Company. SIYUAN is now a member of FIDIC, CNAEC (China National Association of Engineering Consultants), HBAEC (Hubei Association of Engineering Consultants), and WHAEC (Wuhan Association of Engineering Consultants), as well as a standing council unit of CNAEC (China National Association of Engineering Consultants).
Its main services covers the planning study, project proposal, feasibility study, assessment consultation, design consultation, working drawing review, engineering project management, post project evaluation, etc. in the fields of railway, urban rail transit, highway, municipal and public works, etc..
By virtue of the consulting advantages such as experts with superb expertise, rich experiences, and high quality services as well as the concept of “stemming from design, higher than design, and optimized design”, SIYUAN has carried out various consultation works, undertaking the design consulting and working drawing review works for all kinds of engineering construction projects, with a total length of 20,000 km and total investment of more than 1000 billion Yuan. The qualified rate of consulting documents achieved 100%, and excellent rate over 90%.

In the fields of rail transit, highway, and municipal works, SIYUAN has undertaken many projects, such as the geological disaster risk assessment for Line 11of Shenzhen Rail Transit Phase II Project, the communication and signal equipment construction supervision for Shanghai Rail Transit Line 9, the working drawing review work for Shenzhen Rail Transit Line 4 – Phase I project, the working drawing review work for Shijiazhuang Rail Transit Line 3 – Phase I project; the preliminary design consultant for Zhangzhou-Longyan Highway, the working drawing review for Changde- Jishou Highway, the foundation design assessment for National Road No. 320, and the feasibility studies for Fujian through highway No. 206 and No. 308; the feasibility study and preliminary design consultation for Nanjing Hankou Road West Extension Project, and the prefeasibility and feasibility assessments for Zhuzhou Xiangjiang River Bridge No.2. As a daily management unit for the investment consultation and assessment center of group company, commissioned by the National Development and Reform Commission, SIYUAN has completed the consultation assessment work for and , which have been highly praised by the National Development and Reform Commission. As for overseas projects, SIYUAN has carried out technical consultation for the prefeasibility study on Mongolia Tubenertai Iron Mine Special Line and the Venezuela Railway Renovation Project, as well as consultation for the feasibility study on Myanmar Railway and the feasibility study on Section Mohan- Wanxiang of China-Laos Railway.
SIYUAN has been honored with various awards: the consultation for preliminary design of newly built Ha’erbing-Qiqihaer Intercity Passenger Dedicated Railway has won “The First Prize of Hubei Province Excellent Consultation Achievement”, the consultation for preliminary design of newly built Chengdu-Chongqing Passenger Dedicated Railway has won “The Third Prize of Hubei Province Excellent Consultation Achievement”, the consultation for feasibility study on newly built Beijing-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Railway, the consultation for preliminary design of Section Yunnan of newly built Kunming-Nanning Railway, and the consultation for preliminary design of Yamenmiao-Baiyunruoer-Baiyinhua Railway have won “The Excellent Prize of Hubei Province Excellent Consultation Achievement”. The consultation for preliminary design of Guangtong-Dali Railway Line Capacity Extension Rehabilitation Project, the consultation for preliminary design of newly built Tianjin-Baoding Railway, and the consultation for preliminary design of newly built Shenyang- Dandong Passenger Dedicated Railway have won the “Wuhan Excellent Consultation Achievement Award”.
